Get Knowledge
Being new to the team, I received guidance from senior designers.
They introduced me to the existing component library and previous grants to help me understand the project’s standards and workflows
Component Library Improvement
The component library developed earlier lacked certain best practices, such as optimized auto-layout functions and clear branding guidelines.
I worked on improving the visual layout and consistency by implementing these practices in my designs.

Challenges and Learnings
What was difficult?
Adapting - To understand and align with existing design patterns to keep everything consistent
Improving the Component Library - The component library was unorganized and lacked auto-layout which led to unorganized components within the existing wireframes
What did I learn?
Value of a Well-Organized Library - Improving the component library showed me how important organized elements and auto-layout are for smooth design updates
Visual Consistency design- Working on the component library taught me the importance of visual consistency, ensuring all elements align with brand guidelines
